Our delivery service includes a daily service to most of England and Wales, with the outlying areas and Scotland covered 2 - 3 times per week. You will need to order your goods before 4.30pm for the goods to be out on your next available delivery.
During peak periods it is advisable to order as soon as possible in the day as some vehicles can become overweight by the high volume of products and the order will be switched to the next available delivery service.
We deliver all goods on our own dedicated transport fleet to ensure a speedy, problem free delivery. However, in the unlikely event of any problems with the goods it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure sufficient time is allowed for checking the goods and any replacements required to be sent.
Q: Can I still order online?
Yes, our website is fully operational, and you will be able to place orders online. If any items are out-of-stock, you will not be able to add them to your basket, so please call our sales team on 01452 317800 to place an out of stock item on back order. The cut off for despatch on your next available delivery is 16:30, although we advise placing the order by 16:00 online to ensure we have time to process it.
Q: I'm expecting a delivery, will this still go ahead?

Q: When will my order be delivered?
If all the items on your order are in stock, and you have not specified a future despatch date, the order will despatch on your next available delivery. The cut off for despatch on your next delivery is 16:30.
Q: Can I still return items?
Yes, you can still return items. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.
Q: Is your showroom still open?
Our showroom is currently closed to ensure we protect our customers and staff. As soon as we can re-open the showroom safely, we will update our customers.
Q: Have your delivery methods changed?
We did have a reduced delivery service during lockdown, but we are fully operational again and delivering on our own fleet of vehicles as above.
Eastbrook does offer delivery to site. When you place an order that is to be delivered to a site address, there will be an additional net charge of £45 applied to your order.
Once the order has been placed, we aim to contact your customer within 24-48 hours of the order being processed as long as all items are in stock. Goods will not be dispatched until this contact has been made. This is to ensure that the customer will be present at the time of delivery and that there is sufficient access for our delivery vehicles. No goods will be delivered unsigned for. We aim to arrange suitable delivery within 5 working days from initial contact with your customer.
If the delivery fails and it is through no fault of Eastbrook and the order is to be redelivered, you will incur another site delivery charge.
All site deliveries are doorstep deliveries and are not timed deliveries.
What Size Delivery Can I Expect?
We have a fleet of vehicles ranging from vans to 13.5 tonne lorries, depending on the post code area we are delivering to. If there are any access issues in getting to your address, please do advise the team at the time of placing the order so we can investigate all options to ensure a safe delivery.
How Much Does Delivery Cost? (UK Mainland)
There is no carriage charge and no minimum order value for delivery to your account address. Delivery for direct to site is charged as above.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we do but there is an additional cost for this service. For further information, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the address for delivery and items required and we can give you a personalised cost and delivery time.
